Has anyone added a DVD Screen to the 06 Mega Cab yet? I guess I need to invest in a manual!!!!

I wanted an extra screen up front on the dash and tie it in with the original headliner screen.

Anyone attempt this yet???

Oh you poor thing. Mr. every option. It's against the law to have a dvd player screen in view of the driver' seat .

Is that a federal law or does each state have thier own laws regarding this? Not sure about Michigan, will have to try to find it on the state web site.

What's wrong with "every option" by the way? :-{} I have every option on my '06 that's on order! :p Not the DVD though... . I got the sunroof instead! :-laf

anything is possible it's just a matter of $$$'s I added DVD to my 2005 cheap. It's to keep the Wife busy while I drive. Find if the player has a second output of if you can add a splitter. Buy a screen for the passenger side and then toss in the wiring. Good luck with your project! Oh BTW keep the screen so you can't see it while driving. Keeps Johnny Law off your back.

You can get the DVD system with the sunroof... . [

For only having 2 posts to your name, you seem to be somewhat bitter. ALL OPTIONS ARE GOOD if you can afford it. Give the guy a break, along with your attitude.

TEaton:

I'm sure there are less expensive aftermarket alternatives for what you want to add.....
