Adding TST and Code p-0069

I installed the tst powermax for my 05 tonight. Everything went well, took my time. I got a check engine light and a p-0069 code. Did a search and I couldn't find anything on that particular #. Also had a 0237 which was turbo boost sensor. TST is awseome though, ran 4/3 highest. Thanks

My code database shows this for p0069:

GENERIC MAP - Barometric Pressure Correlation (DTC reinstated)

GENERIC Manifold Absolute Pressure – Barometric Pressure Correlation



Probable cause: Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor, mechanical fault

thanks for the definition, but is that just from unhooking the map sensor?

Make sure your map sensor connectors are nice and tight.

Could be from possibly a loose connector, or maybe not disconnecting both neg battery terminals when doing the install



After about 10 key cycles, it should turn off the engine light, then see if codes come up again, As far the the 0237 code, I would call mark or danny at TST, could be related to the MAP sensor reading, (inconsistent)

Ohh and make sure they are on correctly, like I mean clip pointing the right direction...

Yes thats my normal spot for cruising empty.
