Additives

Hello... ... ... I am very new to the world of Diesel's and have been trying to read as much as possible on the to do and not to do concerning Diesel's. I have read about the fuel additives and I am trying to find the Rotella DFA here locally... ..... SamsClub

... . Super WM... . and have not much luck and I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on where to purchase.

Also what is the advantage of taking the silencer ring out..... better air flow to the turbo?

JEly, welcome to our world!! Any truck stop should carry the stuff if i'm not mistaken, removing the ring just lets you hear the turbo do its thing !!

I just bought some Rotella DFA from Walmart just the other night. I dont think it get bought to often, all the bottles had dust on them. I think it was $12. xx for a 96oz bottle and a bottle treats 300 gallons. So i figure that 8oz will treat 25 gallons.
