Does anyone know the correct address's ( all the same or are they different? )to contact DC for the following ,that might generate some( interested !!) response?

4 Problems need fixed and interested reply wanted along with requested info/item and follow up.
After 34 months DC has not been interested in any after sale contact. Just sends ads for another purchase and those of selling partners they gave my info to.
Last month I saw postings about dealer want's to buy back/trade in your trucks .
So I know this time it is a DC sanctioned program and nation wide.
Then I got the flier with $14,000 + in discounts + including other impossible deals.
Very similar to the bait and switch they had in 01', which they
claimed was only several rouge ( to be disciplined dealers)
( DC must know where to send any questionnaires if interested)
Then I get the call
BIG SALE!!!
We need trade in's and will give top dollar for your truck.
This Dealer does not handle C & C's but wanted to move vans.
Then hung up mid call after I said it was a CTD C & C.
I decided to send DC a letter @ Auburn Hills.
6 pages with a request for certain items/info and help with some issues.
