Adjust headlights w/ 988's and 285/75's?

I installed the "988" front springs a while back and really like the added lift and the firmer ride. About a week ago I put on some 285/75/17 Toyo AT's and now I notice the headlights reaching further and some flashes by oncoming cars at night. Has anyone else with this set up experienced the same? If I need to lower them what is a good at home method? Thanks

The adjustment screw is on the inboard side of the lamp assembly, It only adjusts height. Which should be all you need. As I understand it our truck have NO adjustment for right and left which sucks since my drivers side is aimed somewhat into the oncoming lane and I get flashed with my dims on regularly.

The tire size alone calls for a re adjust so with springs you need it for sure. Not just for oncoming traffic but also for your own visibility because light scattered high won't illuminate the road surface well at all.
