I have a BD adjustable track bar and the lower mount to the axle will not take any grease, I have all ready replaced the zerk fitting.

time to remove the bar and inspect the bushing. may want to order a new bushing in case. .

can you look into the spot where the zert goes and see if anything for some reason is blocking the grease channel

I dont know where the zerk is at as I dont have one, but if there is a lot of pressure on the bushing in that area, it will make it very hard to take grease. One quick thing you could try is to have a friend wiggle the steering wheel back and forth with engine running while you try and put grease in it. It might relieve some of the pressure int that area and allow it to take grease. Good luck!

I have had the same problem with mine. It is super tight. That steering wheel wiggle trick that Keven suggested sounds like a good idea. I plan on messing with it today, so I'll let you know.
