I keep getting this message that the TDR website wants to install Adobe Flash Player. What is this and is it safe to load it?

Just make sure it is actually coming from Adobe, and not a disguised spyware program.
If you have heard of Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is used to open pdf files.

As said flashplayer is from Adobe and is safe. The reason your getting it is because some of the banner ads are flash ads and so your browser wants to install flash so it can show you that content.
