Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Adreneline D/L -who else can`t do it?

Can anybody give any advise on how to get the down loading problem fixed. I have tried so many different ways, computers with no results. could this be yr specific problem-`02. thanx

Quad says to click download, save it to your computer. Don't just try to download it straight from the site. Some guys who have had problems haven't done this.
