After a 4-wheel alignment at 16K miles with outside-egde tire wear, the dealer's new alignment machine found gross toe-in, which was easily corrected. In addition, the left tire camber measured -0. 6 degrees, with a factory spec of -0. 3 to + 0. 8, which cannot be corrected with adjustment because there isn't any. The dealer basically said "you got watcha got" with no offer, suggestion or solution to the issue. This truck has never been off-road and has seen only casual use, thanks to diesel prices. 1) Is the -0. 3 degrees out-of-range measurement significant? 2) Is there anything than can be done about it? 3) Does DC offer offset ball joints to correct the camber? 4) Do other owners out there have this problem?

You CAN buy offset sleeves for the camber adjustment. Also there are adjustable ball joints for the top.

I don't know of anyone who got things corrected at a dealer. Maybe it is the people above them, just don't understand why this is so tough.

I did the top BJ on the right side myself. Drives like a 2 wheel drive. Love it.

I'd suggest trying a 4X4 shop for the parts or advice.

DANA axles have been around for a long time and are a favorite of the 4X4 crowd.

On Edit, I see you have the newer American axles.

The same most likely applies thought.

Do a search.
