I have a 2005 on order comming in next month. I just wanted to get some advice on building it up to the 500-550 RWHP range. I already have plans for a full DTT trans and 4" strait pipe exhaust. Other than that I have no Idea what would be the best single turbo, box or combo of boxes, and injectors to go with in order to get into the 500's. Any advise would be great! :)

'03/04 Intercooler ('05 has plastic ends - Can't handle high boost)

B1-04 turbo

TST PMCR

EZ or VA C3. 1 or other pressure box

Air Intake

Pusher Pump

This will be at or over 500rwhp.

The above will do it. Add to that list a water/meth setup or replace the single with twins if you want to hold 500 for any period of time.

I dunno about that six man. I've been tracing a boost leak for a couple of days now. I checked everything but the intercooler. Today I took it off the truck and made a setup to do a leakdown test. I found the problem pretty quickly. On the drivers side there is a foam rubber seal that is partially gone and a crack in the tank around one of the holders. Remember!, the Juice and EZ haven't been installed yet. This is a completely stock truck, that has never been over 30lbs peak and 25lbs constant. I understand that I probably have a bad piece from the factory, (the dealer is taking care of it) BUT, To build a truck that can reliably put up with more than stock boost, i'd reccomend going to an aftermarket intercooler. I'm just glad I didn't put anything on the truck before this happend, or i'd be footin the bill for a new one. Oh, by the way, MD500E, Good luck! And happy motoring. Just remember you have to pay to play, but you allready knew that.
