Hey guys

I know this has been discussed before and stuff but wondering about the Aero 60 or 75 gal replacement tank, heard you have to drill the frame right? Does that Void the Warranty?. at least the 3/36K part?

That Member that installed the Aero 75 gal. in the dirt driveway you have . . is that the 09? Have any problems yet? been about a year right? please respond on your install and your impressions.

Have my tax refund coming in tomorrow and Aero has a 10% discount to the end of the month. . would like around 75 gal but the alternative is either 56 gal Transfer flow at more cost or a bed tank that is cheaper. .

thinking about an Aero upright 45 gal. behind the bed which takes 12" of linear room. I might be fine with that as I have the vent hoses. . (2). . on the top of the tank I can tap into. one to fill and one to run up to the vent on the bed tank. . just hate to have a tank up there in the bed...

Now I don't go off-road more than haul my trailer to a stage area, truck is a daily driver so no stress on the truck in normal operation. Truck is almost 3 years old anyway and if I lose the 3/36 . . oh well. .

So any thoughts about how this Aero tank might be?

Just ordered the Aero D-60 tank Was told by the guy that the 09 has a modified strap on the frame side that holds that then there is U-bolts on the driveshft side that hold it up so no drilling on the frame. . yeay!! should get it in about a week to 10 days

Yeah!!. Getting the Aero Tank Monday!. Even though it has powder coating, I am going to scuff it and coat it in Bed coating. this should help against chips and such... Now gotta burn the 3/4 tank I have left by next weekend. .
