I have installed a 60 Gal AeroTank on my '98 12V 3500 and now I'm having fuel draw down problem. When the tank is full, no problems, but when I get down to about half a tank of fuel, the fuel drains back. :{ :{

Is the ck. valve still working on the bottom of the tank module (inside the round screen)?

Was the tank module almost on the bottom of the tank, pulling fuel from the bottom?

Are the vents working? and the tank to tank rubber line at the top of the tank (5/16" rubber line connecting front to rear "compartments")?

Ck. valves in engine's lift pump weak, allowing a loss of prime?

Good luck and let us know what you find?

Is the ck. valve still working on the bottom of the tank module (inside the round screen)? Ck valve seems to be OK when we had the fuel pick up out of the tanK

Was the tank module almost on the bottom of the tank, pulling fuel from the bottom? Tank module is on the bottom of the tank.

Are the vents working? and the tank to tank rubber line at the top of the tank (5/16" rubber line connecting front to rear "compartments")? Vent lines seem to be working and 5/16" rubber line is connecting front to rear compartments.

Ck. valves in engine's lift pump weak, allowing a loss of prime? Lift pump was replaced in SEP. Also another Ck valve between the lift pump and the tank.

Do you have anyother ideas what it could be?
