Do these things really help or not? Any dyno results, hand calc. mpg's before and after, or noted egt reduction?

I absolutely love mine. I get a lot of questions and compliments. I'm sure it makes a big difference to install it as far forward as you can. That's what Aeroturbine says. The sound is great on mine, like a straight pipe but without the harshness and bark. I can't say that it FEELS significantly stronger than the Banks muff setup but it sure sounds great!!! The AT is a very well-made piece too and blends in well with 4 inch stainless pipe. Check with Tman. He did a similar setup to mine. Kudo's to DPP for their help with getting me some replacement 4" pipe for the Banks muff too!!

I had one on my '03, which I installed because my exhaust sounded nasty and hissy when I removed the muffler and went with a 4" straight thru muffler. I was amazed at how the Aeroturbine dramatically improved the exhaust note. I didn't fully realize how good it sounded 'til the day I sold it and ctdodgeram went driving off with it. . . that was the first time my truck ever went somewhere without me in it.



Any HP or MPG increase? Not that I was able to observe. Vaughn
