AFC spring kit And stock Plate

How much will a AFC spring kit and sliding the stock plate forward change my truck? Someday I will change the plate, but with 135k on the stock transmission and the need to not spend until I need to. This will not be done untill the transmission is due for a replacement. And I don't want to rush it to much.

Before you slide the stock plate. . and you dont have guages. . get them in first. I heard that sliding the stock plate adds fuel all thru the rpm range. . It does make the power but also you need to monitor the EGTs...
