AFC Spring Replacement Instructions

Hopefully this weekend I will be installing my new 230/605 plate and AFC Sping Kit with the help of a neighbor who was a ASE mechanic in a past life. The instructions for the plate are fine, with illustrations and a video, but the AFC Sping installation instructions have no illustrations of any type. Now I'm a "show me don't tell me" kind of person. Is there any information out there (with pictures/illustrations) on the AFC Sping installation? Any tips or traps to look out for during the installation?
