AFE 6.7 Intake

I have an AFE intake for the 07. 5 to 09 Cummins 6. 7. It is used, but I have all the parts, and original box. AFE Air Intake PN# 54-31342. I bought the new 2012, and hoped it would fit...

Asking $100 for it, and I will even cover shipping!! Just want someone to get good use out of it!!
