AFE and MPC Eliminator

Was reading in TDRelease issue 41 regarding the aFe dyno results... 15 hp.



Was wondering if those who have change the entire air box if you have been pleased with the upgrade. My goal is more air. . any HP gain is a ++.

Wondering if the MPC Eliminator Pipe from Genos alters the sound of air entering the turbo. I realize there will be little perfomance change but I am looking for something that looks nice as well.

I put the afe drop in on my o3 and put the mpc eliminator pipe on too. I don't have gages so I can't say if it drop any temps. It did seem like it accelerated a little faster. Took the silencer ring out later. You can here the turbo more than the one I had in the past. I think you hear it more cause this engine is quieter.
