What's the correct maintenance to clean it? I've had it on my Proguard 7 for about 6,000 miles and there's all these dust particles on it. Plus a couple stains from the coolant.

I just hand wash mine in the sink and let air dry.

Sink and dishwashing soap and air dry for mine also. If it looks or feels like it has greasy substance, I sometimes soak a few minutes in Simple Green solution and then soap and water in the sink.
