Mine's got a recess for an allen head on the bottom. I unscrewed the top part (the gauge part) before I pulled it out of the stock air box, then I removed the lower part. I'm not sure I should have taken it apart. But oh well.
I had a chance to get out and check the boost PSI today. It would hit about 23-24. Before I could hit 26 with the stock air box w/ K&N filter. Not sure how that plays into all this? I checked the boot clamps and the loose restriction guage is on the inlet side.
