First raising your voice and getting pi*# off Is the worst thing you can do when you take your truck or car IN for repair. As you know you catch more bees with honey then vinejar. :-{} You got all to lose. Then adding those boxes on your truck Is a no no today. Make the shop your best buddy, I always give him a tip when I take my truck In for repairs. That the cheapest thing I can do to be treated as I want. I always shake his hand when I pick up my truck also. So far I have had no problems with service. :-laf

Definetly agree with KennethS,just dropped my 02 company bread truck off(Ford 7. 3 cube) for its service/repairs(engine/trans service/brakes/front end/starter/and a few more odd things that need to be done on the company dime),a couple packs of free bread/cookies and any other treats they ask for gets my truck in and out in no time and they know it,time is money. Some Dodge dealers could learn a few things from this dealer, they came to us for our business,5 of these trucks at one time on the road, they offered us to priority service(asap fixes on repairs, little down time+discounts on parts/service. Definetly dealt with some other dealers and they sure took there time with us so we moved on to one that actually takes care of the customer, just an all around bunch of nice people, kind of hard to come by these days. My 2 cents---later ;) DW

I've had good results with my dodge dealers... but I buy at least one new truck/car a year... . from the same guy... and also sell them PacBrakes... .

Both the dealers I trade with do performance mods... ... but keep it in reason... . to date I've not seen them deny warranty to anyone..... but I usually deal with their accessory manager... ... and only get with the service guys for trouble shooting or training... ...

To me... . if I had a truck with performance mods..... their the type of guys I'd take the truck too... . I don't modify my trucks because I expect them to run 400K miles and I have several people who on any given day might jump into the cab and drive it... . I just don't need the problems of melted pistons... etc out of warranty...

My 04 3500 now has 192K miles... just my thoughts here...
