Get what ever you like, they are all about the same unless your making big power. The Afe will work good and if you take the silencer ring out of the turbo it will add a little turbo wine.

The BHAF is what I run. Its cheep and works ok.

If I had to much $$ to spend I would get a Scotty II .

Just my 0. 02c

I put in an AFE stage II with a Proguard 7 filter, wasn't cheap but was worth it to me! Quicker spool up better MPG and EGT's are cooler, of course EGT's really went down after I 86'ed the stock exhaust. My truck come to me with a K&N stock replacement filter which is not a good choice I've found out since then.

do a search on BHAF, and you'll finds all kinds of part numbers for the different filter companies. pick the one that's easiest for you to get, and install it. no addional pieces necessary. I did use some 5/8" heater hose slit and wrapped around the AC liquid line for abrasion resistance although I hadn't seen any trouble, but it didn't cost anything, so why not...

otherwise, the filter hooks right up to the stock inlet hose

Many have had problems getting them to seal in the airbox. Putting a cone filter (BHAF, RE-0880, etc. ) directly on the hose & deleting the airbox entirely works much better.

I have the AFE Megacannon. I tried the BHAf. Didn't like it and switched back. I only wish I got the Proguard 7 but I am happy with the AFe
