Aftermarket lift coils: Need införmation on Dieled Motorsports springs

I acquired a set of aftermarket lift coils when I bought some axles.

I was told the coils came off a 2010 2500 series diesel 4x4 with 37" tires.

Springs say:

Dieled Motorsports (missprint?)

316019

DMO3PDR3

Anyone know the lift height, spring rate, or even who the actual company that makes them is?
