Ag injector pump

I have a chance to get a injector pump that was on a 5.9 ag pump # VE 367 ,NR 0460 426 137,3917542,482 02 883,3917542.I would like to know if I could use it as buildable core.My 92 5.9 VE pump has 412500 miles on it and I would like to have a spare.Can I swap the needed parts and make it work or is it totally different.$200 for the 5.9 ag pump 1600 hours.I've had my pump apart to replace seals but I haven't timed a VE pump.I'm just curious if I should buy it.Thanks My truck is a 1992 D250 A518,4:11 LS,hx35and 4" exhaust and like I said 412500 miles on the engine,trans and diff. still has original u-joints.Front end has been rebuilt and disc brakes put on back with sway bar kit.I'm not very good with tech so I hope this is posted right.Thanks!
