I own Michelin LTX MS tires. I love the fact that I can get 60K out of these tires. I hate the fact that they look like car tires. Does Michelin make any thing that looks aggressive and still gets the same performance? I know some of you like Toyo open country. I had them on my last truck and liked the look but didn't give me more than 40K. Any ideas?? I am running 285-75-16. Thanks.

I just purchased Michelin tires from the commercial truck side for the rear of my truck and they are called "XPS Traction". I put "XPS Rib" on the front. I am sure someone will correct me but I think these are probably the most aggressive tire tread they have not sure. They are not cheap put they will hold up will if like me you travel rocky dirt roads to my home almost every day and tow a 14,000 # %5er. Cannot tell you if they will get to 60,000 miles like the LTX M&S(that is what I replaced); I just put them on last Monday. I am pretty sure the rib tread will outlast the traction tread and cannot rotate tires any longer. Hope this helps.

XPS traction is the most aggressive Michelin truck tire you will find. They do wear quite well, dad run's them on all four corners of the farm truck, and the drivers of the excursion. When its all said and done, the xps tractions and the xps ribs are worn out at the same time on the 2wd excursion.
