Agri-Cover Great Customer Service

Good customer service is sometimes hard to find, but great customer service can be rare in these days and times. Here's the story:



I installed an Agri-Cover on my 2002 3500 in Dec 2002. It has had snow on it, been through several 100 degree plus summers and has performed superbly. The cover shows no sign of wear, but the hooks on the Velcro had worn out from thousands? of openings. I contacted the company, gave them the serial number off of it and they sent me the new hooks to repllace it. Works great. Agri_Cover makes the best bed cover IMHO. Just thought I would share with you my experience. And, Genos sells them too.



I'll bet there are lots of you out there who have this cover and can attest to its durability

Yep, They are built in good ole small town North Dakota where customer service is a must if you want to stay in business for long.

That's excellent. I wish all companies would stand behind their products like that.

I had exactly the same thing happen. It seems the UV resistance of the velcro isn't that great and it is best to keep the bed covered all the time so that the velcro doesn't break down. Agri-cover did send me new velcro to sew on the vinyl and new scrips to put on the rails. Great customer service.
