air blower pulsing

When my vent/ac fan speed dial is at the 3rd or 4th setting, a pulsing vibration can be felt at the steering wheel and heard as well. Any ideas? It manifested after a day of driving some rougher roads.

 

[Prairie Dog]

Drop the blower motor (pas side 3 screws) from under the dash and look for a leaf or any other foreign matter in the squirrel cage fan. You would be amazed how little it takes to through the fan way out of balance.
