Air condition problem

MY 03 DIESEL WILL RUN ON THE HIGHWAY FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND IS ICE COLD. At thIS POINT IT WILL START TO GET WARMER AND THE FAN WILL START TO slow down. I've had it checked by my tech and he tells me that the gas level in the system is good and the system is ice cold. He had it running for a short time. He said that the system may be freezing up.

Started doing this about three years ago and getting worse every year. If I stop for fuel or etc. it will be cold for a short time, then repeat to get warm and repeat the problem agin. HELP

Sounds like Evap coil is freezing, could be bad expansion valve, bad air flow or short on charge. A lot of people will say the charge is good but the only way to really tell is remove charge, evac system & install correct charge.
