Air Deflector

Hey Guys

Anybody know where, or who makes air deflectors for the roof of a truck ?. I have a friend who has a new dodge with a big utility box, instead of a bed.

He is looking for something like a wing type air deflector. or if any of you know of anything better, tell me.
