FS-2500 bypass oil filter ?

Just installed my new airdog 150. It is supposed to be set at 15 PSI however i am seeing about 23 psi at the vp 44. Any ideas or way to bring the pressure down?

Did you install the draw straw V also? If so, did you cut the line on the fuel module ABOVE the check valve on the OLD supply line (this is below where you hooked up the return line from the AirDog)? I had the same problem because I didn't do that. 15 psi rock solid now.

Not sure what the draw straw V is. This kit came with a "high flow suction tube. " the old supply line was compleatly removed and a new hole was drilled in the tank to accomadate the new suction tube/fuel line fitting.

Where did you plumb the bypass from the air dog to? The filler neck or the top dorman fitting on the fuel tank module?

its plumbed into the filler neck. I just spent all afternoon messing with it and i'm getting frustrated. I rechecked all the fittings and all the fuel lines. I checked and re-checked the instructions and i did everything exactly how they said.

I read that guys with to low pressure where stretching there spring to make it longer. since i have the opposite problem, i decided to cut the spring down a little at a time. This helped some, but didn't fix it. I ended up cutting the spring nearly in half and it still idles at 20 PSI. However, it drops all the way to 10 PSI at WOT. I'm gonna call airdog tomorrow and see what they say.
