Air Dog Filters

What are your thoughts about the Donaldson 2 micron? filters compared to the Air Dog/FASS 1 micron filters? Obviously the 1 micron are better filters for small particles, the 1 micro are getting expensive!
I change my filters about twice a year, both water and particle, so I am looking at the Donaldson, but before I buy, I want to know who has used them and your thoughts and experience with them.

What 1µ filter are you referring to? I've never heard of one for FASS or AD.

The Donaldson's are 3µ and are nearly as good as it gets. There are some Fleetguard NanoNet filters at 3µ that I think are better, but 3µ is as good as it gets.
