I've Been Having Problems With My Air And Heater Fan Motor For About A Year. Sometimes It Works Sometimes It Doesn't. I've Determined That When It Doesn't Work, I Can Move My Tilt Wheel And The Motor Will Kick In And Start Working. Before I Start To Tear Into My Steering Collum, I Thought Someone Could Give Me Some Advise.
