Air Filter

Hey guys,



Looking for a little bit of y'alls past experience on this subject. I'm looking to put a new air filter system on my truck, but there are so many of them out their. I know there are different strokes for different folks. What are some of your opinions, Scotty, BHAF,AFE Mega Cannon. Also I have read a lot about the BHAF, where can I buy one of these Big boys? That is if this is what I decide to go with.

Fleetguard 19002

I put the Fleetguard 19002 on my truck. . I liked the idea of a wire mesh on the inside.

Fits real good on Jason's BHAF mount.

The air filter with a wire screen on the inside is an excellant idea. Ford's Powerstroke has injested some un-screened one's causing turbo failure and in some cases intercooler replacement. Since they are seeing this at boost pressures of less than 20 psi I would ere on the side of safety

If you come down to Poplerville and get of I-59 at Hwy-26 about a mile towards town there is a Truck Shop (I think its J & S Filters) on the left side of the road that handles all Fleet Guard Filters including Baldwin Filters and just about the lowest price any where for oil & fuel adatives. The Fleet Guard BHAF # is 19037 for about 40 Bucks.
