I’m looking for the TDR preferred options for an economical modification to the air intake system? I need to improve EGT.

Thanks for the information.

Probably the most bang for the buck is a BHAF setup - use the search feature available on this board using "BHAF", and start reading...

I tried a K&N on both trucks. Silicon (dirt/sand) averaged 5PPM with the paper air filter. With the K&N's both trucks silicon numbers went to 30+PPM. Both K&N's now reside in the land fill. You will find just as many members who swear BY the K&N as swear AT them :-laf

Personally I think the BHAF is the best option.
