I might have this in the wrong forum. But I was wondering what you guys use out there. Let me tell you what I am looking for them maybe you can point me in the right direction. I have as you can see at the bottom a 3500 2WD with a flat bed. and the MONSTER front bumper. To give you and idea the truck weighed in at 5700 off the factory line and now I roll across at 8100 with half a tank and my big butt in it. So needless to say I have a little weight on here and with the short wheel base it makes for a slightly rough ride. So what are my options to soften the ride up a little with out hurting my my towing capabilities. Also as a side not it should be known that the back has been beefed up by 2 more leaf springs and I don't want to lose them unnecessarily.

Air suspension

I installed a Kelderman air ride on my 1 ton and now have over 550,000 miles on and no sign of trouble but worth the investment as the ride is adjustable to loading conditions. the rear spring bracket is removed and the spring acts like a trailing arm. cost about 1,500 plus but I wouldn't leave home without it. Stormy

Russell, my trk. is in Iowa now having the Kelderman 4 point system put on. I had the 2 stage put on a few mo. ago, and decided to go with taking the springs off, and going with just the air bags. I'm supposed to get it back this week. When we to KC I'll let you try it out.
