I tried to find some air leveling shocks for my 07 SLT 4X4 but no one seems to make them.

However, I can find some "Air Lift" springs, #57295, but would like to hear what some of you think about them.

What is the end result you're looking for? Less sag with a heavy load? All around better ride? High speed off road performance?

There are several makers of air springs. I have PacBrake air springs on my 07+ MegaCab and they have performed very well. They were easy to install and help a great deal when my truck is loaded or I have a heavy tongue trailer on it out here on our ranch.

Firestone and Airlift as well as others make similar products, but I felt the PacBrake were the best choice for me.

I think these might be a solution for your problem and only take a couple hours to install.
