Working on friends truck yesterday doing the usual front end work. When I noticed transmission fluid dripping from passenger lower front of radiator. Upon further investigation it is coming from the front cooler itself and getting sucked into the radiator and running down from there. Can't see exactly where it is coming from, but for sure the right side of the cooler is leaking up high.

Need to come up with a replacement. OEM is ok, but it is up to the $ vs function. If we can come up with a similar if not better thin cooler that would be better. No hose clamp type of quality. .

Search revealed alot of other issues but no this exact one.

Help with ideas.

Its no unusual. Mine is leaking at the thermostat block but not much yet. It is due before a big problem ensues.

Either the OE or an aftermarket one. PATC carries one as does Derale. Depends if you want to do away with the quick connects and\or the thermostat in the cooler.

I had a similar issue with a friend's 07. I pulled the air-to-oil trans cooler and a local shop (Marietta Radiator) fixed it for $85. It was leaking at both top corners.
