Anyone with short Quadcab,camper special susp. using Firestone airbags? I need to soften my ride when empty. (This is a mandate from my bride. ) Second ?--can they handle my Alpenlite--pin weight is about 2k lbs? TIA

They won't soften your ride any. It will help level things out, and yes they can handle the weight. I have a TT and it really helped take the bounce out while towing.

I agree Kelderman air ride is the only way to go. I installed mine on front and rear make a big difference .
