The airconditioning always work I can't shut it off only when I put the fan out?

check the clutch relay may be stuck.

The AC will always function when the heater controls are in the defrost position.....

The AC draws the moisture out of the air so the windows don't fog... and later down stream the heater heats the air if you have the heater on.....

Move the controls so that the defroster has no air going to the windshield and see if the AC doesn't shut down and stay off... .
