Hi fellas im a Third Gener and need some Second Gen advice, goin to be adding the AD 150 to my bro-inlaws truck and was wondering if u fellas were runnin outta fuel at the 1/4 tank mark? Anyone have some advice on installing the new pickup tube to help avoid this?

Oh btw the truck is a 00'.

The Airdog has a pickup tube similar to the Drawstraw II, it gets mounted seperately from the oem pickup. You gotta drill a hole in your tank & they supply all the fittings to install the new pickup tube. Just make sure that you cut the tube long enough that it touches the bottom of the tank. The cut must be made at a 30-45* angle so that fuel is picked up. Easy install.
 
I knew you had to do all that, just thought maybe some of ya had a certain way u cut the pickup tube!
