I have an Airdog 150 just it is only putting out about 2. 5lbs in the am when the weather heats up about 20 degrees plus it goes to 5-6lbs, this is down from the 15lbs it use to put up. I just replaced both filters and nothing changed. I will be checking volts and an other gauge tomorrow, but are these signs that the pump is near failure?

It may be making a deeper noise than usual, With the truck off and the pump jumped to run it has 12 volts at the pump and putting up just shy of 5psi, guess next is check to the suction screen and rotor. I think with it deadheaded and I still had fuel spilling back to the tank it is the pump are the pressure relief vavle for sure now.

Last night pulled the rotor out looked good a little wear checked the spring and ball seemed ok still not results so I hooked up the stock lift pump and got 2psi on my gauge so today I will get another gauge and hopefully mine either leaked some antifreeze out are the gauge is bad.

well guess somewhere between the fuel isolator and my gauge I have a problem airdog putting up 17psi with a gauge at the suction side of the injection pump.
