Airdog R&R from 04.5 to MY5

Can anyone advise whether it is possible to move an Airdog fuel preporator from MY 2004. 5 to MY 2005 given the 05 has the OEM pump in the tank v/s the 04. 5 with the lift pump.



If so, does the hardware etc. , make the change without mods?

You will have to get a new fuel pick up tube and bulkhead fitting, and possibly a new fitting for the back of the fuel filter assy.

You can swap the tank units truck to truck or get a new pick-up tube from enterprise . On the 04 you will have to run a wire back to the connector behind the lf tire to run the pump in the tank. The wire is already in the connector at the tank module.
