what are the best replacement filters both fuel and water for a airdog model 150 i've read stock ones need improved

I thought the Cat filter wouldn't fit? Do they and model # please.

The Cat filter will not fit the AirDog. What he meant was what I also did, added a Cat 2 micron filter and head to his truck. I put mine between the stock filter housing and the CP3.

The AirDog has a filter and a strainer, but no water separator. Yes, there is a filter with a drain on the bottom and that is simply a strainer meant to keep capture particles big enough to damage the AirDog pump. If you want a water separator then you would need to add it after the tank and before the AirDog.

Air dog 100

I have the AD 100 not the 150 so I dont know if the same filters work on both but mine a FF 5613 for fuel and FS19594 for w/s. I have been told that they are the best you can put on the AD 100 like I said dont know if the 150 is any different they are Fleetguard. If Fleetguard has no W/S then I think that Cummins Filtration is in big trouble for saying something that's not true look at Cummins web sit FS19594 is a Water/sep

Partially true. The Donaldson P551315 is a 3um filter and will work great, but the FS19594 is only rated at 20GPH, and is out-flowed by the AD setup. Use a Luberfiner LFF9594, its rated at 90GPH and is the best available for the f/w sep.



Do not use cross reference filters, and they often aren't the same.
