Airfare to Vegas...........

We are not frequent travelers by anymeans. But at the end of April we have to fly to Vegas for my sisters wedding. Her fiance is stationed at Nellis AFB. Trying to find the cheapest flight there and so far orbitz.com has a non-stop from Houston to vegas at $216. 00 per person. Our 16 month old daughter will be hitching a ride on one of our laps. But for you well traveled souls what has been your experience for cheapest airfares... ..... ???

don't know where you are coming from, many times the Las Vegas casinos will offer travel packages to lure folks in. You might want to check the "Travel and Entertainment " section of your local newspaper.



best make those reservations quickly, as airfares go up dramatically when you book less than 21 days before you want to travel.

When i was stationed at Nellis i would always fly back up to Oregon on Southwest airlines. They would always have the best price but you have to call there 1 800 number and ask them for the cheapest days.

Southwest will probably be your best bet. Check them out at www.southwest.com and they typically have a $99 flight special. They are a good airline
