Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Airtex lift pump

Years ago I installed a relocation kit for the lift pump in my 99 and all has been well. On vacation this week in Virginia Beach and the carter lift pump went from 15 lbs to 5 lbs pressure so I parked it and started looking for a pump. All the parts stores only carried the airtex pump which is very different from the carter making it a challenge to mount in the relocated position. I was able to connect the lines and get the truck home but I am not wild about the inlet and outlet connections. Anyone done this swap and how did you make the line connections. The pump is set up for a banjo on the outlet and a push on connector on the inlet and the fittings dont appear to be removable. Do they make a banjo to 3/8 hose fitting? Thanks, Charlie.
