i finally got it done!

got my Alcoa and BFG mud terrains mounted they look great! way better then the wimpy 215's. at $135 a piece, ya can't go wrong!. . james

VERY NICE. What size are the tires? I'm looking at the alcoa "monster" wheels and a set of mickeys but worried about the heavy powerplant wearing regular LT tires too quickly in the front. Maybe swampers, they have 8 plys now. Are you stock or lifted?

2 inch wheel spacers from wheel warehouse.

i have a front end leveling kit so the 255-85-16 fit nicely. it seems like i have a softer ride with the new tires. i think 215's were stock... . james

Where did you purchase your wheels and was the price you posted for tires and wheels? If so, what was the price for the wheels only?

I gotta get rid of these POS plastic liners!

Check out www.southwestwheel.com for good prices on Alcoa forged wheels. I recently checked around for prices on Alcoa and the Alcoa/MT (their classic forged not the Classic II which is cast). I ordered a set from them.
