Alcoa Wheels and Offset?

Does anyone know if the Alcoa wheels (16x8) have more or less offset than the Eagle wheels? Does Alcoa have any protective coating on the surface of the wheels?

Search in the 24 valve section under a thread by me called wheels. I think the Alcoas are the closest to running stock steelies.
