A while back I replaced the ball joints, all tie rod ends, wheel bearings. Went in for an alignment and had them put in a steering dampner. The mechanic said the alignment was "30, toe out". Drove it home, it is better, no more right pull but still not "tight". It seems to kinda wander a bit. I gotta get this 100% before next months trip (trailer). Any ideas? Pitman seems tight and I have installed a Borgeson shaft so all seems tight.

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Not much 2wd alignment info here

Mike, I started a thread TWICE regarding front-end alignment on 2wd trucks and got zero responses both times :(

I had my truck aligned when I got new BFGs and they said it was off a fair amount. Truck drove good and straight but after 10k miles I noticed the inside edge of the tread wearing unevenly and my truck was starting to not track straight. . . always had to steer to the left to keep it going straight ahead. When I looked at my alignment paperwork I saw the specs listed for a 1/2T Ram. I doubt they are going to be the same. I read in another post that to do a proper alignment the front of the truck has to be raised or something like that and I doubt the place I go can do that.

Good luck,

Vaughn
