I just installed a 3rd gen dodge trackbar using a SSS bracket from Source. Huge improvement! Source suggested that I have a alignment and center the axel. Why is there such a wide range in specs? How do you center an axel? Any recommendations for a shop in the Durango/Farmington NM area? I have had even tire ware but lots of wondering. I was thinking of using Andy Redmond's recommendation in TDR issue 53.

The track bar is adjustable (for length) and moves the axle side to side. If you disconnect the track bar the axle should be close to centred all by itself. Then adjust the track bar to fit. If you lift your truck the axle will move a little toward the side where the bar attaches to the frame. So you have to adjust the bar length to centre the axle.

I have used Peerless Tyre here in Farmington serveral times with my cars in the pass. It been years since I been there. They have always been good and honest with me.
