When Should I Do It?

For those running the TS Ramifier if you turn the knob all the way up does your engine still run and sound ok? If i turn mine all the way up the engine will rev up on its own and start knocking real bad. . It will do this know matter which way i stack it our even with the Ramifier buy its self . . It will do this at idle our WOT

I have the same stack. I was messing around with it the other day ith the truck at idle. I gave the truck full throttle and let off and the truck kept on going up in rmpm after I let off and it held it at a really high rpm for a second scared the S@#t out of me.

I'm guessing that thing is commanding some super high pressures in the rail.

Even my quad on 140 would make the injectors knock a bit off-throttle, and they claim their max pressures don't exceed 27k psi. I'm not sure how they do this, as the rail pressure sensor supposedly maxes out at 26. 4k.

It never caused any revving or holding of rpms, though.

Recently I've had some light-throttle driveability issues, due to the wiring harness. How are your connections? Have you applied any dielectric grease to the connections? It seems to be a problem solver for some of the guys with Quad boxes.

I have a ramifier and have not noticed any of the syptoms listed above. I do not run with it up all the time though. only when I am needing to push out infront of traffic or pass someone.

Mine has never done that. In fact you don't even notice any diffrent unless you're up in rpm's or on boost. It is a very aggressive rail pressure box and it will cause injector knock if you push it but I only turn mine up when I want smoke, it doesn't give any better power on full than it does on 1/2 after you stack it.

i have to dissagree with that statement, my ts stacked with tst has a very noticable power differance at full turn from half turn. Do you have tst first in stack or something? I have found that from many runs down the strip that a pressure pluged into map sensor first results in quicker times

i had my ts on my 03 and did same thing knocked a little all the way up and accelerated a little by itself had reprogrames on my 05 and does not do that. also on my 03 seemed to have a lot more power on 05 it is ok

It may help you out in the midrange but the max HP numbers are no higher from my experience. I can drain the rail with the TST alone, adding in the ramifier just makes it happen faster. There may be a happy point in there with a little pressure and less than max on the TST where it makes max power but I haven't had adequate dyno time to find it.
