Have 10 new Volvo tractors here for Tri-Pac APU installs....

How long is this plastic shifter going to last?????

I couldn't believe that is right there where a driver's leg can snap it off while swinging around in the seat...

Yeah but its got a within reach cupholder and 12V power outlet not to mention the cool striping on the seat material!

I have the Ultrashift in my Volvo and the only way I can get to the sleeper without sitting on the shifter is to let the air out of the seat. I haven't driven the Ishift yet but it is supposed to be the cat's pajamas.

Volvo ishift= Mack mdrive. It is really good. The double clutch on a downshift is incredible.

Mack Mdrive is sweet. Tons better than the autoshift transmissions in our Freightliners. In fact, they are so good that we are only buying Macks now. I hope they hold up long term though. The fluid has to be changed at 250K and is ~$25 a quart.
